I have bought several homes in Kentucky but as a first-time home buyer in Florida I needed someone who was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to make recommendations on different areas of Palm Beach County. Jeff and his team were very knowledgeable of the highly competitive Florida real estate market. My realtor, Jennie Michuda was always so helpful answering all of my questions and concerns along the way. Jennie worked very hard during the negotiation process and even harder when there were some issues with the appraisal as well as a few mix ups with the title company.
