My wife and I purchased our new home with David while still being stationed overseas in Italy. From the very first FaceTime meeting, we knew that we were going to be in good hands. David’s knowledge and professionalism was apparent right away and he helped guide us through the process from start to finish. We were nervous to buy our first home, especially because we were overseas and unable to tour anything in person. However, David went far beyond our expectations. He took the time to make sure we could see homes all over Snohomish County and gave us insight into the areas we were looking. He kept us up to date on every step of the process and was always willing to take the time to explain to us what the different conditions were etc. David helped us sort out the pros and cons of every home we toured virtually and also set us up with a great lender who was always willing to help. We thought it would be difficult to navigate such a large time difference, but David was always willing to meet with us virtually at times that worked for us to tour homes and walk us through the process. Once we found our home, David remained with us every step of the way, talking us through the steps and coordinating closing items (which was difficult for us still being in Italy). However, with his help we were able to close on time and we are so excited to move into our new home! David was the ultimate professional and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home! Lynn was available to work around our schedules and was not afraid to look at multiple homes in one day. We typically did not have more than one day available each week and we were able to see 3-6 homes each time. She came super prepared and was honest about her opinion to make sure we bought the best house. While closing there were some issues from the seller side that Lynn was on top of before we even called her about them. She was able to out negotiate and got us a great deal for our first home. She explained each process and understood that with being first time home buyers we were not as knowledgeable as other clients might be.

Lynn is an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of the local market. She got our house sold in three days for $15k more than we expected. She has a staging company and staging the house is included in her fee and it is a real game changer! Everything went off without a hitch. She even got us a great deal on a new roof and flooring that increased the value of our home and made it even more desirable. I cannot recommend her enough. In fact, this is the second time we used her! She helped us buy AND sell our first home. Do yourself a favor and hire the best realtor out there; it will pay you dividends!
