Punctuality, Professionalism, Compassion, Integrity, and Hard Work Ethic
To start off, this wasn't the first time I had worked with Lisa to find a new residence. She assisted me in finding a condo two years earlier and after that experience I knew there would be no one else I would want to work with in finding my first home! This was based on her punctuality, professionalism, compassion, integrity, and hard work ethic and as all individuals looking for a rental or purchase want, prompt responses. Working in the medical field, these were the attributes that I looked for and feel most people would look for as well. During my second experience working with Lisa to find my first home, it was not enough that she brought all of these qualities to the table but she was an invaluable source of information for the untrained home buyer. She was never ceasing in providing honesty and expert knowledge of the process, as well as upsides and downsides to every possible purchase. Her work flexibility and availability seemed endless as did her promptness in responding to queries about seeing houses and arranging showings. She walked me through every step of the process and I couldn't be more thankful for that. In the instance that Lisa could not be available, I knew far in advance and her colleague, Jenn, took the reigns without missing a beat as if she had been apart of the process the entire time showing that they were cut from the same mold. In summary, this realty group as a whole showed amazing diligence, expertise, and work ethic throughout the entire process and most important that their goal was not make a sell or a buy but to find the the exact house that I was looking for.
