Life happens in unusual ways, not always ending up the way we had planned. This was the case for me and it led me to Jennifer and Lisa, the KEYSEEKERS Team of Mainframe Real Estate to sell and purchase a home. I can’t believe how lucky I got to have them by my side for the entire process. Although I was selling a home, this experience was a first for me as my former spouse did all the leg work last time. I had so many questions that often I felt silly asking, the girls were amazing at making sure I understood every step of the process. We went on several outings together to find the perfect home. Jen and Lisa were very accommodating, often squeezing in a last-minute appointment over a lunch break because of my demanding work schedule. We had a blast going through the different neighborhoods, looking at the homes that were selected for us by the girls with the information we gave them on what we were looking for. We had our house on the market and under contract on a new home in just a few weeks. They worked so hard on marketing, scheduling professional photography and open house after open house. Even throwing a Cinco De Mayo themed open house that went perfect with my Spanish Mediterranean home. Jen and Lisa listened and lead me to the home that I own today. They shared the same visions as my boyfriend and I and helped with suggestions and scheduling contractors for a big remodel project. They have great relationships with several different vendors (mortgage lenders, insurance companies, building supplies, contractors etc.) in the area that respect them and go out of their way treat the girl’s clients with the utmost attention. Not only did I score the best realtors in town but made some lifelong friends with Jen and Lisa. We can’t wait to celebrate with them at the remodel reveal party. I wasn’t sure where to begin but after one meeting with Jenn and Lisa, I left much more educated on the home buying process. They led me step by step from getting preapproved for a mortgage, to knowing what to expect with upfront money needed for; appraisal, inspections, escrow, down payment and closing costs. Being a first-time home buyer, I wasn’t aware of all the upfront costs involved, so I was very thankful they explained all this to me before we even started the process. They have strong negotiating skills and a big reason that my offer beat out a multiple offer situation. One of their recommended lenders was able to get me closed in less that 3 weeks. Selling your childhood home is never an easy task. However Jennifer and Lisa made it more than easy. It was a wonderful experience. They treated us like family from the very first meeting. Never once did I feel like a client. They actually became our friends. They sold our house at full asking price a month before it was even on the market. I cannot recommend them more highly. Choosing Lisa and Jennifer of Mainframe Real Estate was the best decision. I can't imagine anyone else helping me thriugh the process of selling my home of 27 years and finding a new home.
