Great experience listing and selling my townhouse with Lourdes Cuzan
From the first time I met with Lourdes Cuzan, I felt confident that she would be the realtor to successfully market and sell my townhouse. Lourdes has great communication skills and is very good at seeing many perspectives. She's great at negotiating and collaborating with buyers and sellers too. She had a very good feel for the current market and gave me great advice on preparing my house for sale. I was able to tailor my prep to her advice and we got a lot of offers with the first and actually only showing! I found a buyer I liked right away!! I would definitely recommend Lourdes Cuzan, Realtor and I enjoyed working with her.
