Manny is great at his job and passionate about helping his clients. We used Manny as our real estate agent when we purchased our new home that was built by Highland Homes. Manny used his knowledge, skills, and network throughout the entire process from site selection to final closing. His advice was insightful and helpful. We used the construction inspector he recommended to ensure our new home was built properly, nothing was left to chance, and that nothing was missed by the county inspectors. This alone would have been worth the money just for the peace of mind, but it also helped lower our homeowner’s insurance and added additional warranties to our new home. Manny made the process easy to understand and explained the steps, so we knew what was happening along the way and what needed to be done next. I will not hesitate to use Manny again when the time comes to sell and/or purchase another home.

If you are coming from out of state Andy is a huge help to get the process started. He did extensive looking for us until we were able to narrow down the area we preferred. I've had the pleasure of owning several homes over the years but what separates Liz from all the other realtors, I worked with, is that she took the time to listen to my needs, put up with my questions, and sort through an incredible number of listings BUT she only sent me the ones that she felt were worth my time to consider. At the end of the day, she found me the perfect home at the exact price point that I was looking for and the closing process was seamless. There really should be an option for more than 5-Stars
