We needed to buy a house in the Winter Park area and the market was very fast. Within a week Lynnette had showed us a house that was what we were looking for. The seller wanted a quick closing and we were also leaving on vacation and returning the day before closing. Lisa and her team jumped on each detail quickly so everything could be wrapped up for a successful closing when we returned. We had a quick and easy closing. Farrah negotiated a price that was too good to turn down. She then expertly guided and advised us thru all the details of purchase and moving. This included home inspections, small repairs, permits, HOA regulations, movers, utility connection and more. We considered ourselves experienced home buyers but were coming from out of state. Her local knowledge and connections were helpful in what is a very stressful time.
