My wife and I are both very happy that we worked with Liz on the purchase of our new home. Given that we were new to the area, we hadn’t solidified exactly the area that we wanted to live. We quite literally were looking at the four corners of the entire Orlando metro area. Liz was more than willing to show us all of the areas where we had interest… Winter Garden, Oviedo, Ocoee, Lake Nona. At every step of the way, Liz was helpful and informative. She handled the logistics with ease and was highly prepared during every step of the process. Liz’s communications was the best I have ever experienced in my 25+ years of buying and selling homes. I found that she tailored the ways she communicated to our style (we liked texting as a way of sharing info between the three of us). If you couldn’t tell already, we highly recommend Liz and will definitely use her services again should the need arise.

I've had the pleasure of owning several homes over the years but what separates Liz from all the other realtors, I worked with, is that she took the time to listen to my needs, put up with my questions, and sort through an incredible number of listings BUT she only sent me the ones that she felt were worth my time to consider. At the end of the day, she found me the perfect home at the exact price point that I was looking for and the closing process was seamless. There really should be an option for more than 5-Stars

Liz has great personality and really makes this experience less stressful. She listens to what your top priorities are in your next home. We sold and purchased a home with Liz and had such a great experience. She is very hands on and organized. Great communication and quick to get things taken care of. She has local vendors to refer to throughout your entire experience which was very helpful when you need multiple things done quickly. The woman she hired to take our photos and stage our home did a wonderful job and Liz sold our house over the weekend! Would definitely recommend Liz to others and when it comes time to sell our next home we will be using Liz.
