We were introduced to Gale Milgram (KW) through Jewish Moms of Maitland FL Organization. From the outset, Gale provided professional and friendly guidance through the process of real estate purchase in the Central Florida area. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of properties available in this area, and as we toured the homes through, some through 1:1 appointment, and others through several "open houses", she made herself available, touring homes , providing guidance and "points to consider' in re. pros and cons of each potential home purchase under consideration. She also provided professional "points of contact" through her network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and home repair specialists in the Maitland, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, Longwood, and De Bary areas. Many other real estate colleagues also knew Gale and her associates at KW well and this facilitated the introductions. We were impressed by her knowledge of the real estate purchase process (A-Z), the local real estate network, and we appreciated her guidance from initial overview of available real estate properties through the local "closing" . We would certainly recommend her services and those of her associates at KW to other potential clients considering residential home purchases in Central Florida.

Gale was amazing in every way. As first-time homebuyers, we really didn’t know what to expect, but from the very beginning she just took the lead and made everything feel manageable. We originally reached out after seeing a house we liked, and she immediately jumped in. She scheduled the showing right away and from that point on, she guided us through every single step of the process. She was very clear about what to expect, what to watch out for, and where the risks were, which gave us a lot of confidence early on. She also connected us with great people across the board, from our lender to the inspector, and every recommendation turned out to be solid. It made a huge difference not having to figure all of that out on our own. What really stood out was how involved she was the entire time. She stayed on top of everything, followed up on reports, dug into details, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It always felt like she genuinely had our best interests in mind. She was also incredibly patient with us. As first-time buyers, there were moments where we had doubts or felt unsure, and she handled that so well. Gale Milgram stood out as the realtor we wanted to sell our home because she had successfully sold two homes in our townhouse community over the last couple of years—and that experience proved to be indispensable. That really showed her integrity and how much she looks out for her clients. She didn’t just treat us like a transaction she genuinely had our best interest in mind. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, always keeping us updated and informed. On top of that Gale has great connections with vendors and was able to quickly get things handled when we needed work done, which made everything so much easier and less stressful.
