We listed to get professional help. An offer came during the listing for the price we wanted to sell ideally, net. We told our listing agent of the offer to work together perhaps a deal can be struck and still net the price we were attracted to. After a few days I had to ask our agent for status as none was received. We were told they were not interested to work with the property being listed. We feel no heart felt arrangement was involved with the third party. Fortunately the property neighbor was interested and offered $8500 less than the figure we were aspiring for. We settled with some disappointment. Then we asked the agent for a paper copy of the deed when made official. No deed came. We had to reach out to the title officer to please furnish as a copy which she gladly obliged. Perhaps 3-star should be the case, but 4-star is good, a point for his upbeat demeanor.
