Ric was an excellent realtor for us. He was extremely knowledgable about our neighborhood and community, and brought a lot of experience to the table. He was always available if we had any thoughts, questions or concerns, and was very diligent about providing feedback to us following every showing or open house. We never once felt like we were left behind or forgotten. I told Ric whenever our kids are grown and we move back to Oak Cliff, we will definitely be using him again!

We were so grateful for Travis-Lee's guidance during our home sale! We initially listed For Sale By Owner but quickly realized that we needed someone to handle the logistics of showing our home, inspection, and the back and forth that accompanies buying or selling a house! I found Travis to be very knowledgable, lots of skills as decorating, staging, etc. Also about your rights as a seller/buyer. Travis helped me by cleaning up an area of plants outside, helped me decorate the bathrooms and kitchen areas. He brought stuff to decorate with too. He negotiated when necessary and I pushed for certain things and he stood with me on them. Some realtors don't do that. He did the open house. We wanted a certain price and he allowed us to start there and stood behind me on my lowest dollar amount I would go. We made a profit and didn't lose all the money we put in. I also can say he was very tolerable when I would lose my cool about some issues that arose. I needed someone who had good negotiating skills and still able to respect me and the buyer. He is professional and very down to earth.

Travis was amazing! He helped my wife and I a lot when we were searching for a rental property a few years again and worked really hard. It was a no brainer to have him as our agent when we decided to buy our home. Little did I know how much he would do for us. We looked at a few places and when we saw the house we landed on we had concerns about the size of the mater bedroom. Travis came to our rescue. His vision of removing a wall and making some other improvements have been instrumental in our happiness with our purchase. Travis also put together an incredible team. The lender he referred us to really took the time to educate us on the buying process. If I ever need another real estate agent in the future, I will always use Travis - no question.
