Travis-Lee has gone above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for selling my home. The market has been changing rapidly and unpredictable so his knowledge and expertise were essential in navigating our way to a timely sell. If you need a realtor who truly looks out for your needs and is a joy to work with, this is your guy!
After 60 showings and no results with another realtor, I knew something was wrong with our strategy. Travis-Lee came in, identified the shortcoming, and helped develop a strong marketing plan. We came back strong and had offers within three days of re-listing. Within eight days, the house sold for cash and at the top of the market comps. His expertise as a realtor and expert in the Dallas market made the difference.
I will continue to use him in the future if I have any Real estate needs
Travis-Lee helped in selling our home in a transitioning market. He has the pulse of DFW and makes things happen. What I appreciated was the realistic approach to marketing and selling. Always quick to respond to questions and adapt to our needs. I would recommend Travis-Lee to anyone that wants to buy/sell real estate.
Travis made the experience of buying my first home much less stressful with his knowledge of the market as it was shifting along with his promptness for completing everything we needed to close. He is so personable and wonderful to work with!
