I found Travis to be very knowledgable, lots of skills as decorating, staging, etc. Also about your rights as a seller/buyer. Travis helped me by cleaning up an area of plants outside, helped me decorate the bathrooms and kitchen areas. He brought stuff to decorate with too. He negotiated when necessary and I pushed for certain things and he stood with me on them. Some realtors don't do that. He did the open house. We wanted a certain price and he allowed us to start there and stood behind me on my lowest dollar amount I would go. We made a profit and didn't lose all the money we put in. I also can say he was very tolerable when I would lose my cool about some issues that arose. I needed someone who had good negotiating skills and still able to respect me and the buyer. He is professional and very down to earth.
