We had very limited contact with Rick. We saw him originally and he recommended the price to sell the house. We ended up selling the house look considerably less. We had no contact with Rick following this visit. Our further contact was with Harriet, We wanted to sell the contents of the house and we were discouraged. One of our neighbors that just moved into our complex had a company remove their belongings and sell what they could. They then received 60% of the sale value. We felt that we should not have been discouraged and a suitable company recommended.

Ric is a good professional that has a good pulse for the market, and gets involved in all stages if you let him. In this case, I got him involved before rehabbing, and updating this property for a future sale. He provided data, metrics, and even ideas and contacts for the entire process, until the successful sale. Will definitely work with him again.
