As a first time home seller, lack of familiarity with the process and the unknowns were stressful. That stress was put at bay by Melissa’s expert advice, exceptional professionalism and knowledge, and personable demeanor. I asked her up front to advise me of anything I should do to prep the house and make it easier for her. She assured me that if I took the time to address even the little things that it would pay off. Once the house was prepped she staged it with minimal furnishings and had a videographer come in and create a sensational video (inside, outside and overhead). Her knowledge of the current market, neighborhood, practical listing price, extraordinary video, home staging and needs of her clients and their schedules make her a must have agent whether you are selling or buying. Her superb work and knowledge had my house listed on the target date with 4 showings on day 2 & 3. Open house on day 3 & 4. Multiple offers on day 4 & 5. Under contract day 6. Closed on day 37. Contrary to what a lot of people may think, houses do not sell themselves. If I had listed my own house it would still be on the market because I would never have thought to do all the little things that make a difference. Melissa Wolffe took this house, paid attention to detail, revived it and made it someone’s dream HOME from listing to close in 37 days. Long story short, not using Michelle and Vincent for your next real estate venture is an easy mistake to avoid. Please give them a call, you will not regret it. I was a first time home owner and had never sold a house before so the entire process seemed daunting. Even just finding a realtor, with how critical a role they play, seemed a challenge to me. I am so thankful that I encountered Michelle and Vincent as they were truly such a great resource to have on my side. Even with how the market has been they were able to navigate these changing times with me in such a friendly and professional manner that they have set a very high bar for any other realtor to match if I wasn't able to partner with them for my next home purchase. They kept me in the loop for open houses and did a great job at speaking with other realtors to get feedback on these visits enabling me to fine tune pricing and other buyer expectations which only added to their superb market knowledge. They were able to do this with weekly check ins that really let me know they cared without becoming overbearing, a testament to their great communication skills. I'm more of a numbers person and Michelle is great at drawing up different financial scenarios in an easy to digest manner giving me the utmost confidence in the sale of my home and how it would affect me across different scenarios. Vincent is also a great agent (You get two agents assisting you in this process, that alone is hard to beat without the fact each of them are outstanding by themselves). He would do the small things like reaching out if the grass needs to be mowed or just checking out the house in general. I could provide many more examples of how great of a team these two are and I hope you give them a chance to make your next real estate venture as wonderful as they made mine. I truly feel lucky to have encountered them, give them a chance so they can exceed your expectations as they have done for me.

If you’re looking for a direct and honest team look no further. Michelle and Vince know they’re stuff, and will truly go out their way to support you. They explained and educated on things to me my first realtor didn’t and remained transparent. She was consistent, responsive, suggestive and listened to my goals in mind. She had my back near and far and we closed just when she said we would. As things came up she had a plan and great suggestions and responded swiftly. I highly recommend her and Vince and would be my go to for my next property.

Michelle Moreno has been our relator twice! First, she helped my family find a home during our military move to Florida. Then, three years later and because our experience with her was so amazing the first time, we retained her services to sell our home upon my retirement. She is knowledgeable, respected, and trustworthy. She does a great job of explaining the environment whether you are buying of selling. And most of all, she is motivated to get her buyers and sellers the best outcome possible regardless of the amount of time and effort it takes. We'd give her 100/100 stars if that was the scoring!!! high recommend Michelle to anyone needing realty help, especially our military members, vets, and retirees!

Crystal was so helpful in the home-buying process for me and my wife! We ran through a few different regarding communication with the builder, but Crystal jumped right in and was no afraid to fight on our behalf to get us the best deal for our home. I could not recommend her enough! Best realtor in Tampa Bay! If you're on the fence about using her, we were given our agreement at 5pm and had to sign by 8pm to take advantage of a deal being offered through the weekend. My wife and I started reading the fine print of our 89 page agreement and began to grow overwhelmed as our inexperience with realtor lingo quickly gave us troubles. Thankfully, we forwarded our agreement to Crystal to read over and not only did she read the entire agreement and find several issues, she was even able to help us sign and take advantage of the weekend bonuses offered by the builder. Her experience as a realtor makes the home-buying process much easier on new homebuyers like me and my wife!

If you want a realtor that is fun to work with and at the same time does an extra ordinary job of helping you sell or buy a home, Crystal is the realtor to choose. All of the extra special things she did throughout the process of helping me buy and sell my homes were greatly appreciated.
