She worked with the sellers in order to help with closing costs and was very informative. She worked well with my crazy work schedule since I work overnights for the sheriff's department and even put up with our crazy son when he came with us to look at the houses. She was very helpful even after all the closing paperwork was signed and processed. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way which was understandable for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for purchase a house!

Pete is a very strong, capable realtor and one that we would highly recommend. Besides being very responsive and available to us during our home search, he is knowledgeable on St. Petersburg and the real estate market which, for us being completely new to the city (and Florida), were very important. His knowledge extends to such areas as – the neighborhoods, what makes Florida homes different from those in other parts of the country, basics on taxes, flooding and hurricane issues, key features on new vs. old homes and areas to look out for, etc. He also connected us with other resources to help us in our search and ultimately purchase, including city and county resources, local property insurance agent and home inspector who were both top rate and helped us successfully complete this very important transaction. Finally, Pete is a pleasant person who we feel really cares about his clients. We would highly recommend Pete and certainly work with him again on any future real estate transaction.

From the start of our transaction to the closing George continually went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Constant contact, great recommendations and referrals, and a warm friendly approach are his trademarks. George genuinely cares about and for his clients. It was clear that he took personal satisfaction helping us find the best home in the best neighborhood within our budget. The purchase of our home was a tricky one due to the sellers agent acting as power of attorney for international clients. Without George I don't know how long our closing would have been delayed.
