Bunnie and Her Assistant Donna were “Exceptionally Knowledgeable and a Pleasure to work with! Her experience and time dedicated to the sale of an estate left to me was above and beyond their effort and time spent through the process of the sale. I would recommend this team of professionals to work with all aspects of Realestae! “They are the Best “

Jennifer and team did a wonderful job on listing narrative and pictures, and my place sold in one day. Oversaw the inspection and closing process. It was incredibly smooth.

We met Bunni in 2013 and she helped us complete the purchase of a beautiful 2nd home in St. Pete. She was so helpful and thorough and friendly that we sold that home with Bunni and again she proved why she is the Best realtor around. She made herself available to us day or night and even went to the condo to caulk a small portion of our shower due to the inspection. Who would do that??? I'll tell you who. Bunni Longwell. Thank you for everything. We very much appreciate you. John and Roxanne Mestre ♥️

Cat's help with our latest move was invaluable; she is a professional! She is very knowledgeable, and if she didn't have an answer - she was willing to go find it. Despite many challenges (2 lenders, 2 inspections, a variety of closing dates, and our long scheduled cruise,) she handled everything with courtesy and grace. She delivers!

We were lucky to have Cat as our guide during our search for a new place. Her extensive knowledge of the area helped us narrow down our choices with ease. Even though we were living in another state, she kept us in the loop with regular updates. Her professionalism was evident every step of the way, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Jennifer is very knowledgeable about the St. Pete Condo market and knows each building intimately - often way better than the listing agent. Looking forward to working with her in future purchases.

From first contact to closing Kelli was attentive, efficient, patient and friendly. She only showed us properties that met our “wish list.” We bought the perfect home. And follow up communications were always answered promptly. We have used many agents. She was the best of all.

Jennifer and team from the signing of the listing agreement to the closing were always on top of EVERYTHING! Easiest sale of real estate I have ever been involved with in my career. If you are considering using an agent, stop looking and just sign with Jennifer and her team. Save you time and energy for after the closing enjoying the results of hiring Jennifer.
