Edie guided me through the many challenges of selling a 100+ year old home from start to finish. I had lived in it for 7 years and done my best to keep it in A+ condition, but the house had aged and needed lots of TLC, which was borne out by the Pre-Listing Inspection. By the time the house was staged by one of Edie's associates, the house shown like a diamond in the rough. I was pleased with the sales price she negotiated with the buyers, and I'm happy that the home which had served me so well is now in great hands with new homeowners.
