Finding our home was the easy part. Negotiating a deal with the sellers- Edie was great at. As comfortable, but aging, 30-year Lake Norman area residents, my husband Mike and I were warily considering downsizing from our large lakeview home amid lush landscaping and returning to Charlotte, NC, where we had raised our children.
