Yes, the Charlotte market is hot and most property's move quickly, but with her services, attention to detail and point blank "above and beyond" customer service, the sell and close went smoother than anyone should expect. Preparedness is her motto; I didn't have to think about a thing. Edie Butler is the best! Her knowledge and acute awareness of the ever changing Charlotte RE market is amazing! I’m an investor broker who used to sell my on properties but Edie has such an organized program, including staging, it’s like free! She and her team has sold two of my properties in last year and a half, for well over list price both times. I had purchased a new home and needed to sell my condo in Ballantyne. I thought it would be a fairly quick and easy sale given the lack of inventory in this highly sought after area. However, after 2 months and countless showings, even feedback promising offers, absolutely nothing happened. I was so discouraged and feeling helpless as nothing was being communicated to me and I consistently felt like my home was last on my realtor's list of priorities. My mother reminded me of the realtor that helped 2 of my aunts and uncles buy and sell AND got her over asking price for her last house. I immediately reached out to Edie and I honestly wish I had called her months ago. She not only remembered all of my family but made time to do a thorough analysis of my condo the same day that I reached out to her. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the market, trends, and all of the potential reasons I could have been having trouble.
