It was great to work with Karen, whom a friend highly recommended. First of all, no pressure like you find with some agents. Thoughtful and friendly, she went out of her way to help find the perfect home for us. All calls, texts and questions were answered in a timely manner. The signing was fully explained so we understood all the definitions. We would definitely recommend Karen to represent as your realtor!

The purchase of my new land, (future building site) Cynthia is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable She guided me had an answer to every question I'd ask and if she didn't she'd get back to me within a short time, minutes or a few hours tops

We were incredibly impressed by Karen’s exceptional market knowledge throughout the selling-of-our-home process. Her deep understanding of market trends and the real estate industry helped us make informed decisions at every stage. We truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us through the process as Karen's services were tailored to our needs. Karen was ultimately able to find us a buyer who paid our asking price in a non-seller's market. Karen genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. We are truly appreciative of her help and know you will be just as happy and confident in her services as we were.

My ex Father in law passed away and the selling of his home and all his possessions fell on us. Karen not only helped us navigate the real estate side but put us in contact with amazing people to help with a lot of the items (junk) left in the house. She also helped us coordinate some of the remodeling that needed to be done before going to market. We live in Seattle area so having someone local to help with all of the extra stuff was a huge blessing. She began as our realtor but became a great friend as well.

Traci was the best realtor I've ever had. She legitimately felt like family. She was super knowledgeable. Met every need i could have had. She showcased all our possibilities on the market. Which was super fun. Her patients and attention to my families needs was bar none. She kept us updated on all of documentation. That was the game changer cause we closed very fast with what our exact match was in need of. It honestly felt like our prayers where met when he sent our guardian angel to solidify our family. Couldn't be happier. Traci if you read this. Woman you rock!!!

Brikelle and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! She was professional and reliable throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering questions, scheduling viewings, or negotiating on my behalf, she was always on top of everything. I truly appreciated her knowledge and guidance. As a combat veteran, I sometimes struggle with reading emails, which made the process a bit confusing, especially as a first time homebuyer. But Brikelle was always patient and responsive, whether through text messages or phone calls. She took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. I highly recommend Brikelle J. Corcoran to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable realtor. Without her, we wouldn’t have accomplished our goal of purchasing our first dream home! Thank you so much god bless you and your family take care!

Katie was a great agent that worked with me throughout the problems and delays in getting my home sold. She was able to recommend great repair people to complete the required repairs and found me an estate sale agent for getting all the things I didn't need sold.

Taryn McNaughton is the absolute best there is! She knew the answer to every question and kept us informed from start to finish! She is “in the know” regarding all real estate happenings in Yuma AZ! Not only does she know her craft, but in addition she is very kind and fun to work with. We knew it was only a matter of time before Taryn would find the right buyer for our home. BTW she also sold us our home when we first got to Yuma and she was so gracious and knowledgeable and took us everywhere until we found the perfect home. You will be blessed to work with Taryn! I can’t say enough good things about how much we trust her with our real estate needs!
