Brikelle was amazing. She listened to our concerns. She considered our needs. Her process for showing homes to clients that are not local was very thorough and helpful. Her insight about the neighborhood, food spots and activities in the area are just icing on the cake. Friendly, informative, helpful, above and beyond for sure. After a not so pleasant experience with an agent, Brikelle stepped into my Instagram feed and bam, I knew I’d found the right person to help. We were in a bit of a bind with buying a home while waiting for our home to sell. When I reached out to Brikelle I asked something very specific, “If we ask to put a offer in on a home but our home was not under contract, would you inform us to wait until our home was in contract because sellers aren’t accepting contingencies or put the offer in and let the sellers make that decision?” Her response was exactly the opposite of what an agent prior to her had done, that is how I knew we had met the agent of our dreams. I knew the previous agent might have been right maybe sellers wouldn’t but maybe isn’t NO.. and losing a home you really wanted because an agent told you not to offer is a little heartbreaking. Brikelle showed us homes, recommended some finance folks who informed us we could qualify for a set amount with out being contingent on the sale. That was a huge relief. Then we submitted an offer. Brikelle negotiated price, solar pay off and closing with easy!! We moved into the home middle of August and yes it’s smaller than we’d hoped but we love it and the neighborhood, Thank you Brikelle for being the sweet, thoughtful person you are! Shelly isn't just a realtor. She becomes a friend in the process of sell/buy a home. Shelly walked us through all the steps and there were a few since we came down from Washington state to purchase and were back in Washington before the sale was complete. Even at a distance the sale went smoothly. Shelly's help didn't end there. We needed some maintenance completed before we came back down to Yuma. Not only did she find someone to do the work, she oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Still now that we are down here, Shelly checks in to see if there is anything that she can do. I will recommend Shelly to everyone that I find out needs an agent in the are! She is a Gem!
