We live out of state, so it was a long distance purchase. Mildred communicated with us and the sellers to come to an agreement on the purchase price. We were able to docu sign most of the paperwork remotely. We scheduled an in person tour of the property and were able to close the same day. Mildred personally delivered the keys the day after closing. Very professional. Will definitely recommend her to our friends.
