Answered each of our questions without making us feel uncomfortable. Even if it was the smallest thing. Made sure we were comfortable when an appointment was made. Upon knowing who Karen was or even understanding what a realtor does for you, I had a negative attitude towards buying a house. I was lead to believe that buying a house was filled with hidden things to pay for to line the realtors pockets...I was mistaken! Karena helped me find the ideal house I needed for my daughter and I! Susan knows the Yuma housing market really well and is very good at finding you a home that matches your criteria. She has a lot of contacts and resources that are extremely professional and can be trusted. I do not think I have experienced a realtor like Susan who is willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Not being from the area it was extremely helpful having Susan as our representative who could facilitate the showings, offers, inspections and other important logistics on our behalf. If we happen to make another purchase in this area we would certainly call on her!
