We couldn’t ask for a better agent. If you’re looking for a realtor, Brandi is the one to go to. Thank you for everything!! The Mendiola’s

Always responds to questions and concerns quickly with confidence. Made the whole process feel so easy and stress free as a first time home buyer. Evelyn helped us point out things for blue tape during the final walkthrough. We are so appreciative and would definitely work with her again!

Mildred's market knowledge and profession contacts made to purchase of the property, Lot 803, in Country Roads RV Village go very smoothly. We had only just decided to purchase the property less than one week before we left Yuma for our summer travels. With Mildred's assistance it went off without a hitch. Thank you very much.

We have purchased a home previously through Mildred and the experience was only surpassed when we sold that same home five years later. Mildred knows her business. Her knowledge and guiding us through the sale of our home is second and none. She’s very thorough, completed all paperwork and guides us through the process. I would highly recommend Mildred.
