Anytime I had any questions. Mildred responded in a very timely manner. She was also very knowledgeable in other aspects. She knew who to contact for homeowners insurance. She knew who to contact for turning on the electricity she knew who to contact about the HOA fees. I would definitely advise anyone to see her out whether buying or selling a home.

We enjoyed are experience with Susan. The first house we bid on the owners backed out 4 days before closing. I was very upset. But Susan was just as upset as we were. So, Susan was right there for us. We finally purchased a beautiful forever home. And Susan went out of way to help find it for us. Every time we had a question on anything she was right on top of it. She returned are phone calls immediately. it was a joy dealing with her. I would recommend her to any of our friends and relatives. Thank Susan for being thee for us.

Susan was phenomenal. We had 2 days to look at houses pretty quick in Yuma and she showed us any house we wanted to in those days. She was always quick to respond and just overall a great realtor. My husband and I are fairly certain we wouldn’t have found our house if she was not our realtor.
