Gail was the most pleasant woman. Her marketing knowledge was impeccable. She explained everything to us in terms we were able to understand easily. She was SO accommodating. I was recovering from a heart attack, and she made every attempt possible, and succeeded to make the experience smooth for me. Came to me instead of me going to her, dealt with things that I would have done on my own if I wasn't in recovery. The BEST of the best, hands down.

When we first met Tony he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a property Tony would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Tony will always say ... " Just take your time and keep looking, Your right home will come one day”. He always ended his conversation saying “ God Bless You” . If Tony is not the best in this Market then he is one of the best .

Klaudia is not a competent real estate agent. she barley knows the real estate law and I ended up having to negotiate the sale myself. Klaudia works for the Worcester school system and does real estate part time. I never would deal with a part time realtor again.
