We also have an 8 year old. Most of the time we had to bring our 8 year old to look at houses-he even came to our closing-and Dalton was always very understanding with this, and was never bothered by our kiddo tagging along. Every time we called Dalton for an update or for additional information we got answers to what we wanted to know; even if he had to call someone else to push things along, he did just that! He knew our unique situation and made sure to help us get what we wanted! We now have a home in the town we wanted, within our price range, and with the small time frame we had.
