Throughout the process of looking for places to move to, negotiating and eventually purchasing, Deana was an absolute rock. We had as smooth a purchase as we could have ever hoped for, and that has a lot to do with Deana organizational skills as anything else. Happy to highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a new house !

We had a great experience working with Daniel, and we ended up buying a place that he found. We had some ups and downs trying to get the financing completed, and he was patient and committed to getting the deal to work. We would definitely recommend Daniel for your real estate needs.

For the first time we felt like we had a realtor who really was there to make sure what *we* wanted was what we got ! Christina is tenacious and unstoppable and knows her stuff - but listens first. Maybe she should go in to politics (no just kidding !!!) - we couldn't recommend her more highly.....

Dawns pre-listing efforts established a price point that made this sale move forward quickly and smoothly. This listing had some small quirks that Dawn tackled on a timely schedule and and calmly moved forward as a problem solver. The open house was a great success and the entire project came off without a hitch with the competent help of Keller Williams staff, resulting in more than one offer on opening day.. Thanks to Dawn and Keller folks for a solidly professional job and a pleasantly prompt conclusion.

Daniel is an incredible agent, but an even better person. He genuinely cares for his clients like they’re his family. Daniel goes out of his way to make his clients happy and feel comfortable throughout the process of buying and/or selling. He responds quickly and is extremely professional. There is no one else I would trust more with handling my biggest asset than Daniel Cook!

Danielle was amazing. Her knowledge of the area and complete attention to my situation (international move, not knowing the area etc) made what should have been an extremely stressful situation relatively easy. She was always one step ahead and guided us with her expertise from the perfect area all the way to the best mortgage broker. If you want the total package she is definitely it. Thanks again Danielle. We love our new home and Lakeland!
