Christina is truly the best, most knowledgeable realtor you will ever work with! Her guidance was incredibly valuable as we sold the historic home we loved for the last 15 years. Christina advised us as we staged the home and helped secure us a phenomenal (cash!) buyer. She worked within the tight timeline we were under for our purchase and was a brilliant negotiator through the whole process. We can’t thank her enough! Christina’s dedication to her clients is the heartbeat of her business. It was a joy to work with her and we will absolutely choose her again for all future real estate needs!

Thanks to all of Christina and the Moore teams effort me and my soon to be wife were able to achieve the home we longed for. God knows that their were multiple triumphs in the way, and that we had a lot to learn about the real estate business. Christina was able to guide us through and educate us on every step of the way. We know as buyers and the bank (from which we bought our home) as sellers were not the easiest individuals to deal with, but Christina and her team understood and stayed vigilant. They understand that this decision for most people is a decision that can alter their life. With that being said they want you to sit and think before you make the decision to buy a home. Is it worth it? will you have equity in the home? how long do you see yourself living there? what are you planning to establish in this home? They truly want to make sure that this investment you are getting yourself into is the right one for you. I highly recommend Christina and her team, not just because everything they did for me, but because of everything they can do for you. Thank you Christina and Pita

If you want an honest agent who wants to see you in the house of your dreams just as much as you want to be in the home yourself, then Tim is your agent.

Tim did an excellent job of finding a house that matched our needs. He listened to what we said, and showed several houses that had our bucket list of items. He was very patient, and worked with our schedule to find the perfect house for us. He also helped to stage our existing house and used an excellent photographer to demonstrate all the best attributes of our house. In doing both jobs, he enable us to get the best price for our houses and allowed us to close rapidly on both houses. He was a true professional and the best on both sides of the sale.
