Christina Moore is awesome! Gave us sound advice regarding list price and staging of our home to obtain top dollar. Had a full price offer before our house even hit the market! She was also helpful in helping the appraiser understand that many of the homes in our neighborhood were not reasonable comps and thoroughly explained why. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future!
