Kelly Fain exemplifies professionalism and likability. She paid close attention to our stated preferences and quickly learned who we are as a couple. As a result, we didn't waste time with homes that didn't fit our "style." Kelly also understands the entire process of home buying very well (finance approval, lending, all the costs for inspection(s) and closing, etc) and has enough professional connections to make reasonable recommendations to make the home buying process go as smoothly as possible. Kelly was never pushy, and genuinely wanted us to find a home we love. We did. I wish I could give her a sixth star!
