Our experience was very pleasant. The process rolled along very smooth. Tim was very good about keeping us on track when certain documents needed to be signed. When your given lemons, make lemonade. That's how Robin dealt with our situation. When nothing is done to house in 26 years, even the best neighborhood and a sellers market doesn't help much. But Robin persevered and sold the house for what she estimated. We had lots of issues with the buyer but not with Robin. She is honest, hard working and a straight shooter.
