We came down from Wisconsin looking to move permanently to Florida. We had an idea of where we would like to live and we met with John to share our desires. John was extremely well-versed in the Florida housing market and shared with us some insights on areas and properties that we had not considered. After spending some time in the office, we located a few listings that we wanted to see. Some were near Lakeland and others were in Sun City Center. After walking through all of the houses, we consulted with John regarding his opinion of the houses we were interested in. He gave us sage advice and working with him, we put in an offer on the house we now reside in! His knowledge of the area and the whole purchasing process was a great asset to our eventual purchase. He weathered the storm on our selling of our property in Wisconsin and gave us encouragement to follow through on the closing in Florida. A great realtor, great personality and someone we consider a good friend in the short time we have known him. He listens to what you think you want and is able to give constructive feedback on whether or not those are good decisions. We have moved across the United States five times and John is truly the best realtor we have had in all of our housing purchases!
