Working with Deana Lainhart was fantastic from beginning to end. Deana’s professionalism, knowledge and availability while finding our Lakeland property was unmatched. We continue to consult Deana on current listings…we value and trust her input. We highly recommend Deana and will be forever thankful for her attention to our needs.

When your given lemons, make lemonade. That's how Robin dealt with our situation. When nothing is done to house in 26 years, even the best neighborhood and a sellers market doesn't help much. But Robin persevered and sold the house for what she estimated. We had lots of issues with the buyer but not with Robin. She is honest, hard working and a straight shooter. She's also a lot of fun to work with. Thanks Robin!

I liked working with the team. I met them after a personal recommendation did mot go so well. I looked at a lot of homes during the process and it was extremely frustrating because of the short time during which I had to find a home. John and his team was very patient and stuck with me throughout the process.

Had a pleasant experience listing my home with John Carter and his Realestate team. He answered all my questions I had for him, and was able to sell my home for more than the amount I wanted. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻

Robin is clear, honest, and straight-forward while being understanding and caring. She is very professional, experienced, and highly knowledgeable. Robin worked with us and even provided recommendations for support resources to facilitate our out-of-state transaction. What could have been a stressful experience was a very smooth transaction thanks to Robin’s experience and wonderful personality. We cannot recommend her more, and would absolutely refer family and friends to her.

We had a great experience with Robin on the sale of our home. She first met us got to know us a little bit and what our expectations was. She never pushed anything on us. She was very aggressive on finding a buyer for our home. It was our decision and call all the way through the sale. She very professional and kept us informed on every move that had to be made. She was with us at the closing. From beginning to end it was nothing but professional and very detailed options. Thank You Robin. I would HIGHLY recommend her and the company she works for to be your next realtor.

Deana was great!!! She was available every time I called with questions. The whole process went very smoothly! This is the 4th home we've purchased and as far as Realtors, she was by far the best! I will recommend her to any and all friends and acquaintances that look to buy in Florida!!!

Deanna was so helpful in helping us find our dream home from out of state. Her caring and professional personality made us instantly comfortable with our decision to trust her with such a meaningful and personal purchase of our Florida home. Thanks for all you did to get us into our new home.

Mindy Russo and her team of professionals are the BEST! NOT only did she go the extra mile to FaceTime us with the first walk-through of the house, she worked with us to build the most competitive offer to secure the contract. She went the extra mile to get the home inspection scheduled and completed within 2 days of contract signing so we could attend. Mindy provided us with professional recommendations throughout the buying process, to include a mortgage broker recommendation, whose team was just as efficient as our real estate team! Our process start to finish took 30 days to complete. COMMUNICATION is key and Mindy ensured timely communication throughout the process until final closing!! Thank you again for the best house buying experience EVER! We HIGHLY recommend Mindy and her team of professionals!!!

Yes I can say officially, I know myself and Yishin are extremely excited and relieved that my husband and I officially closed on our dream home. I truly never thought this day would come. I’m sure Yishin can testify that my emotions were up and down for the last 2 and a half years. I went from trusting God, to doubting, to being excited, to being frustrated, to loving Yishin and trusting her as my realtor, to going through my moments and hiring other realtors when she told me things I didn’t want to hear. Lol I have to say this was a true roller coaster ride for me. The ups and downs, the eyes open to eyes closed the funny feelings to it all being worth it in the end. Im sure Yishin must have pulled some of her beautiful hair out dealing with me. But now that I have my home, I can honestly say that I would ride that roller coaster all over again and with just the right realtor, Yishin Wiggs. Despite me being impatient sometimes Yishin was ALWAYS very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t ever want me just jumping into anything. Sometimes when it comes to looking at hundreds of houses its hard not to jump on the first thing you see, or even setting after getting turned down so many times. But Yishin was always very patient always walked my husband and I through the pros and the cons when it came to choosing our home, she always remained calm and patient and always encouraged us that we will find our home no matter how long it take and that when its meant to be it will be. It was hard believing it then while going through. But I can testify that she was absolutely right. Now I am sitting in my new home unpacking and thanking God that we are finally here. I thank you Yishin so much for sticking it out with me and my family and not giving up as many times as I gave up in the process you kept pushing me through. Thank you so much for putting up with me too. Lol your are the best Realtor ever!!!!

I never sold any type of property before and Robin was right there assisting me from the beginning to the end..She researched informative information via courts that I had no idea about my property.. She made me aware of everything that needed to be done in order for me to proceed with the selling of my beloved parents home.
