We arranged to have Mindy show us a few properties while on vacation in Lakeland. Very few properties were on the market and nothing we saw suited us. A property hit the market unexpectedly and Mindy scheduled a showing on very short notice. The property was just what we were looking for and Mindy quickly put together an offer. When the offer was accepted, Mindy went to work to arrange all of the inspections, etc. She was always available to answer questions and provide relevant information and advice. The closing occurred as scheduled and without any snags. We were very pleased with Mindy as our agent and would use her again and would highly recommend her.

I hired Mindy as my agent through a social media property search. I had previously experienced very unethical behavior with two other agents and was about to decide to go with a “do it yourself” plan. Not long after introductions, her work ethic and genuine concern, was evident enough for me to forgo my previous plan. She was diligent in doing everything possible to help me find a home in the extremely tight central Florida market. Once my purchase was finalized she continued to come to my rescue with a list of vetted contacts for insurance required upgrades. She was honest and ethical, every step of the way. She was accessible and accountable in all transactions and I never had a doubt that she had my best interest at heart. I put so much trust in her that I used her assistance with two more home purchases. With all that “professionalism” comes a very down to earth, vibrant, and can I say “beautiful “ soul.
