You know how you have chosen the right Realtor? Being savvy. Maggie qualified hard as to what we were looking for, she asked more questions than people we had dealt with in the past, she didn't show us a lot of homes, and the ones we looked at were so close but she narrowed it down and she got it in three tries. BING, BANG, BOOM! It was the perfect home for us and on top of that she negotiated THE SECOND PRICE DROP and then down another $45,000 or so. She's relentless. There's nothing worse than, "Well how about this one?" "How about that one"? She knew exactly where to go and look at the right homes. We've never bought a home from her before but we had heard of her through a family friend and we thought what the hell? Make a family member happy. For once they didn't disappoint. She was there with us from start to finish. Paperwork, phone calls, driving to the old house when she didn't need to to make sure we didn't screw anything up. The only bad thing is I hope we never buy another house from her again. I am almost 78, my wife is 74, and please GOD! Please don't ever let us buy another house again. As trying and stressful as buying a home can be, Shannon keeps going behind the scenes from first contact investigating homes, when the contract is signed and right through closing.
