I enjoyed working with Christina for the 2nd time this year. She sold me my first home in 2017, and the experience was fantastic. As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous, but she made it the best experience possible. Fast forward six years, and I found a house I wanted to buy. Christina was prompt and invested in my interest. First, she helped me sell my home, and her experience was invaluable. My house sold in less than 24 hours. Without her, we could have been one of those houses still sitting on the market because their realtor was not educated in marketing, etc. The house I purchased was a foreclosure through HUD, and anyone who knows anything about HUD knows this wasn’t a fun experience. Christina made this experience easy and fast. She was always available for my crazy questions and communicated anytime we needed to do something. Christina and her team are one of the best around. I would highly recommend her.

I met Kelly at an open house, and she made me feel comfortable in my journey to find my new home in Lakeland. Knowledgeable,͏ Helpful, and Available John knows the market and was always very responsive to any requests we sent. We really were not sure what we were looking for so he sent a number of different types of MLS home feeds that gave us information on all of the different types of properties we were considering. When we heard of a property from a friend that had only been on the market in her neighborhood for a few short hours we called John and he was very quick to respond, get the information we needed to make a decision and we had a contract on the house by the next day. This would not have been possible without his quick response. Any questions we had, he generally had an answer to us within a few hours and if for some reason he could not get an answer right away, he kept us appraised of the situation. John was also very respectful and we never once felt like we were being pushed into something. At the same time, he was always quick to respond to any questions we had with helpful thoughts on the market or the properties we were interested in. We would highly recommend John as a realtor to anyone who is interested in purchasing a property. His expertise made the process incredibly easy and we are very grateful.
