She made us feel comfortable with our purchase and explained everything along the way. We came from out of state and she answered our questions even despite our time difference across the country. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to move to. We trusted her so much we even purchased our house without physically seeing it. She video chatted us often and even made us a video walk thru tour so we could look it over while making moving plans. We recommend her to anyone who is moving to the area.

Jimmy was an amazing realtor! He never made us feel like a burden for touring all the houses we wanted to see. It felt like he genuinely cared about finding us what we really wanted. I have been looking at properties for about two + years, looking for that specific property that would fit in with the next chapter in my life. With this search, I have worked with several agents and it felt as though no one was taking me seriously and/ or seemed to give up on me. I knew what I was looking for and didn't want to just settle. Then, this year I put in an inquiry into a property...that is where I met my agent, James. Well, even though the property wasn't what I had in mind, James didn't give up on me. Mind you, I was not looking for a high dollar property, something simple and with the current market, something feasible on cost since I already own and wanted to do a slow transition. We both continually scoured the market all over Central Florida, he understood my needs so when James saw something of possible interest, he would reach out to me and likewise, if I saw something he would make every effort to schedule a showing that fit in with my schedule while communicating with the selling agent along the way with any concerns or questions I had. Jamie went extra, extra miles by being at the house when we couldn't and making sure contractors or a city inspectors could access the house. She guided us through the entire sale process and advised us on managing a few difficult conversations to finalize repair projects.
