Before the listing of our house went live, Kelly provided spot-on analysis of what our house would be compared to, a recommended listing price, and an overall strategy for selling at maximum value as quickly as possible. From there pictures were taken of our house prior to the listing going live and the photographer she used was excellent with an editing turnaround time of the next day. The pictures really showed off our house and when the listing went live there were hundreds of views, and multiple showings scheduled. Kelly communicated potential buyer feedback after each showing and always ensured to keep us in the loop. Responsive. James responded quickly to any questions I had and if he didn’t have the answer he would go and find it. Reassuring through the whole nerve racking process. Knowledgeable. Gave references for insurance, inspection, title company, and even said that he’s done with with the lender I was using before and said they’re good people.

Honestly, we were so lucky to have Jimmy recommended to us by another realtor. We had little hope of being able to sell our house but he was super optimistic that we would have an offer in a week and we got full asking in just 2 DAYS of our house being listed.
