Jimmy is so responsive, I had put off selling this home for several years. Finally I called Jimmy and after our meeting put the house on the market. Within 2 days he had arranged for professional photos that turned out great! We had one open house and within 20 days the home was sold above appraisal! When I met James, I thought there was absolutely no way we’d be able to sell our home in the condition it was in. Not only did we sell, but our first offer came one day after listing. He made himself available to us anytime of day or night for all of our worries and questions. As a matter of fact, just recently I had a real estate question and called my guy Jimmy. He remembered my daughter’s name, my wife’s name, details about the property and the things we talked about doing while we were standing in the new place. Most realtors seem like they are only concerned about the big commission, but James treated our little house like the Taj Mahal. I recommend him to ANYONE looking to sell. There are no words to describe how amazing Robin was/is. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and client focused. Robin spent so much of her personal time with us on weekends because it was convenient for US. Who does that?!
