We decided to sell the house we loved but we needed something larger. Mindy was recommended to us by a friend. We wanted an agent that was familiar with our city and the surrounding area, she was. To increase the challenge, we asked her to be our buying agent also. We were eager to sell. We worked with Mindy on a selling price and listed it. It took several months to sell, we felt it was due to the pandemic. Meanwhile, Mindy was helping us find our new home. After accepting an offer, complications arose that were made worse by the pandemic. This extended the buying process by several months. Mindy was in control the whole time. Calming us down, encouraging patience, trying to resolve legal issues that extended to other states and doing the same thing at the other end with the owners of the house we wanted to buy. Extensions, addendums, conflict resolution, Mindy handled it all. Thank you Mindy.
