Tim and Heidi are a dynamic duo and a great team to work with. My husband and I were in the market for our first home and with that came a plethora of questions, reservations, and anxiety. They dispelled all of that and really showed their experience and passion for their clients: so much that we made an offer the first day our home entered the market and went into contract. Brittany and Daisy are gems to work with and helped streamline the entire process behind the scenes and really just added the cherry on top for the entire experience. Throughout the entire process it was made known that they were there to support us every step of the way. Honestly, they far surpassed any expectations I had and because of that I plan to continue to work with them in the future. If you aren’t working with the Kizer Team already you are putting yourself at a disservice. You will not regret it.

My husband and I were looking for a house last year and we met Eric. Eric was very upfront and honest about the process for looking for a home. Eric was great at communicating with us and spent time with us looking at many listings. He would also do background checks of all the listings to make sure we weren’t looking at remediated sinkholes. We didn’t want to consider those properties. As we began our home search, I called to schedule a showing of a home spotted on Zillow. As fate would have it, we had the pleasure of being connected to the most sincere, professional, and courteous agent imaginable, Stephanie Wood. After relentlessly showing us more than 25 homes; without hesitation, we are finally in our perfect cottage by the sea. Trying to navigate through my husband's desire for a home with a boat lift and quick Gulf access, while compensating myself with an open concept and volumes ceilings, AND staying within budget, proved more taxing than I initially anticipated.
