Since we are in our 80's, she explained clearly and comprehensively all leagal terminalogy making the whole process of purchasing a home enjoyable. She helped us express clearly the type of home and needs we desired and kept us aware of available property that would meet those needs. On each home visited she would observe and explain the conditions and how we might address those. Prior to our arrival in Florida, Keilyn kept us informed remotely with daily informational listings. She would examine all our closing documents and review each with us. On one closing document she discovered a serious error. Travis and his wife Bianca were amazing to work with. As first time home buyers this process was overwhelming at times, but they were there to guide us through it. When looking at a house they made us aware of possible issues that were present or may arise in the future. They took our preferences and helped find more options for us. Their schedule was very open and available to go see a place, which was important with how fast listings would be off the market. They didn’t ever rush us during a walk through or make us feel like we were a burden. They reassured us that sometimes it takes a while before you find the right house, but once you find it you will know. When it came time to put an offer in, they knew exactly what to do and how to do it so that we would be the leading offer without over-offering. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone trying to find their home!

Erik is the dude as my great grandson would say. I will say this I am a 73 yr old great grandma that has custody of 2 teens. Erik was so kind and patient with me. All I did for a bit was cry.
