Kristin is a pleasure to work with and Kristin is very up to date on the housing market. She knew that i wanted to find a condo to buy before I sold my home and I was very picky as to where I wanted to live. She would keep me posted on everything that was coming up for sale. She found me a condo and she made buying it a smooth transition in the process. I was worried about selling my home, but she insisted that everything would go ok. Our waterfront home was sold three times before it finally closed the 3rd time. After the first cash contract was received, we emptied the house and moved to our new out-of-state home. The buyers couldn’t sell their home, so it fell through. Judi immediately restaged the house, at no cost to us, and got it back on the market. The second “cash contract fall through” resulted in us receiving a $15,000 deposit. The third contract required Judi to put together very detailed info for the appraiser, and she did a great job. The appraisal didn’t come out the way we had hoped (the market and economy was quickly changing), but she kept in touch with us every step of the way. We really appreciated her professionalism, initiative and tenacity!
