When she got to my home I was very pleased that she was very professional and knowledgeable of our area. She had all her information gathered in such a short period of time. It was easier for me to set the price that I wanted after reviewing that data. Listed it the following day. We got very good responce and signed a contract in four days. Margaret continue to virtually handle the rest of the sale guiding me along. Always prompt, helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend her.
