This purchase was with my 90 year old uncle who gave Michele quite the run for her money. She was so very patient with him explaining the purchase and terms to him many times. She met with us multiple times to look at the house. Once he signed the purchase contract he changed his mind and wanted out of the purchase. She immediately came over and discussed his concerns with him. He was quibbling over $5,000 which I encouraged him to offer over asking price.
