Very easy to work with, offered realistic ideas and provided great contractor references

We were selling from out of state and Lynda had an excellent understanding of the local market. Excellent communicator, explaining the intricacies of selling the house and balancing what the market would bear with what improvements were needed to compete. While laying out all the options and providing sound advice during negotiations. Making it very easy for us to make the appropriate decisions. Once agreements were made all the documents were provided and the closing went extremely smooth! I would not hesitate to us Lynda again!

AWESOME Realty Agent

It was an amazing experience finding a home with Tammie. We were from out of town and made arrangements with her to view many properties on our trip to the area. She did a great job mapping out every house we wanted to tour as well as adding some additional choices along the way. Tammie was in sync with our style, needs, and price range. Mette is a dream to work with!

She understood what we wanted and combined that with a deep understanding of the area. It did not take very long to find our special home. I have a hard time imagining anybody else could out perform Mette As out of state buyers, we were nervous, but Mette guided us through every step with incredible patience and expertise. Kim is too awesome for words

To capture the full extent of Kim’s value, this review would be longer than you’d care to read. I’d liken us to some of the most challenging clients to work with going from wanting to buy, to building and going through a half dozen land contracts that all fell through, to finally closing on a new construction home, all over the course of over two years. It was exhausting and we couldn’t imagine doing that without Kim as our guide and advocate. Even as a contractor and former licensed realtor, it just takes a certain focus and attention to detail that is hard to replicate when you’re also trying to run your household. Having Kim as our supporter and adviser that gave us the confidence to lock in our home at the best possible time has been invaluable. There are a lot of people to choose from for your realty needs, and Kim should definitely be one you meet with. Her no BS, straightforward, honest assessments were invaluable.
