Kim had an excellent read on the market. We were selling my deceased mother's home that was in various states of repair/disrepair. After inspecting the home and discussing the issues, she provided a sales plan and price. Specifically, advertise "as is" with a not too greedy price. We received several offers immediately. Unfortunately, we then discovered that the home had several unresolved permits for repairs and a rebuild of the detached garage (from 17 years ago) that stopped us in our tracks. Ms Small found an excellent contractor to assist us in resolving the issues. Efforts included final inspection, some demo of unpermitted features, and subcontracting some electrical fixes. Sale was on hold for months awaiting FPL support on the electrical fix, that was then delayed another month due to an interrupting hurricane. Finally, all was resolved. Kim stayed active, upbeat, and in contact with us during the entire time. We finally sold the property "as is" slightly below the asking price. We were quite pleased and relieved. Kim provided excellent advice at the end, and the sale was completed to our complete satisfaction. Her team was very efficient in all the transactional details. We were not local, but everything went smoothly once we could accept the offer. We can only offer many, many thanks for Kim's efforts, knowledge and perserverance in this sale.

This is the second time Kim has sold property for us. We were living out of state when we asked Kim to put our condo on the market. She took care of EVERYTHING. From the listing to the closing she was knowledgeable and professional. She held two open houses and our condo sold within a month. We would highly recommend Kim to anyone planning to sell or buy a property in the Vero Beach area.

This is the second time that we have used Lynda. First to buy and second to sell. I will say that if I ever choose to return to Sebastian Lynda would definitely be our agent. She is extremely professional, courteous and overly caring about her clients. If you have questions she is quick to answer. She goes above and beyond for her clients. It is too bad there is only a five star rating because she definitely deserves more.

I live in Massachusetts and was connected to Michele through a local agent up here so most of my interactions and communications with Michele were via phone, text or email. Because of this and other reasons my situation as the client was a bit more difficult than the standard "can we look at this place this afternoon" situation. Through filtering through all of my options, getting all of my questions answered, previewing several locations via video chat or by sending me video clips of her walk-thru all the way down to finding the right place for me, Michele was wonderful. When I was finally able to create a "short list" and schedule an in-person visit, Michele made the most of my time ensuring that I was able to see everything that I needed to see. While the concept of buying/selling is the same everywhere, each state has its own rules, laws and local nuances and Michele was always sure that I had any questions or concerns answered as well as kept me on top of any imperative timelines during the closing process. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone who asked.

From start to finish, Lynda Robinson went above and beyond. Lynda was so knowledgeable regarding the real estate market in the area. Her individualized attention to us and prompt responsiveness made the buying experience practically stress-free. She and her team were so professional; especially, considering it was a remote buy. (Lynda also worked hand-in-glove with the seller's broker, which made the purchase seamless.) We can't express how comforting it was to have Lynda baton-down the hatches when a major storm was impending on our new property since we were absent. But best of all she is so personable and delightful that made it such a pleasure to work with her. We highly recommend Lynda for any real estate needs you may have.
