Margaret Jackson was recommended to me by a fiend and neighbor. After contacting her she arranged to come over the next day. When she got to my home I was very pleased that she was very professional and knowledgeable of our area. She had all her information gathered in such a short period of time. It was easier for me to set the price that I wanted after reviewing that data. Listed it the following day. We got very good responce and signed a contract in four days. Margaret continue to virtually handle the rest of the sale guiding me along. Always prompt, helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend her.

Eric did a wonderful job helping with a unique situation with a property. He did a great job communicating with us as a seller as well as helping as situations arose with the property while it was on the market. He was the consummate professional and a great advocate for us as a seller. He knew the local market very well and had a network of professionals (electricians, HVAC, etc.) at the ready to assist where needed. I would use Eric again 10/10 times.
