Working with Eric was refreshing, he seemed to always take my call. He didn't try to low ball the price of my home. He didn't hassle me to lower the price every week. He had a fair commission schedule. He had a lots of testimonials. He seemed to be Care. Very unusual for a realtor. We actually did not sell the property and as Eric says there's no fee to cancel prior to the home going pending.

Bianca couldn't have made this process easier if she tried. My fiancé and I were looking to purchase our first home from about 5 hours away. We were able to travel to see those we had it narrowed down to in person a few weekends, but Bianca went out of her way to FaceTime us during the week to help us get it narrowed down. Her and her husband, Travis, were absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us!
