Made very reasonable suggestions of possible improvements to bring a better price. She mentioned a 4-pt inspection to give us an idea of what possible problems could show up as home was 30 years old. Judi offered to provide means to open up house for repairs being done. This was very helpful as I live 90 miles away. She provides staging of the home. The house looked great!
