Tina is the best agent we have ever used!! She worked hard to get our house for us despite the fact that after our offer we became sick with COVID. Paul was hospitalized twice so we were not able to get back to NC for more than a month. She worked hard with our loan originator to help us get the needed documents to put this loan together! She stayed in touch with us and our daughter constantly since there were times we were just too sick to address the issues ourselves. Kim keeps you Informed on everything step by step. She makes everything super easy by taking you through the process of all the paperwork. She is a real mama bear when she needs to be.
